Your tasks at Geiger
- Leading and guiding your team on the technical side
- Keeping an eye on safety and quality standards and documenting everything
- General and specialized installation work in commercial and public buildings within our production hall
- Wiring and building control cabinets and systems based on specs
- Connecting and checking switchgear, building equipment, lighting systems, and more
- Planning, organizing, and coordinating workflows on your own
- Running quality checks and documenting them according to company guidelines
- Teaming up and communicating with other team leads and colleagues
What we’re looking for
- A completed vocational degree as an electrician, electrical installer, electrical systems fitter, electronics technician for energy and building technology, or something similar
- Work experience in the electrical field
- Technical know-how and hands-on skills
- Team spirit, flexibility, and a focus on quality
- An independent, precise, and cost-conscious way of working
