Your tasks at Geiger:
- Leading and mentoring your assigned team members
- Keeping an eye on safety and quality standards and documenting everything
- General and specialized installation work for commercial and public buildings right in our production hall
- Wiring and building control cabinets and systems based on specs
- Connecting and checking switchgear, building equipment, lighting systems, and more
- Independently planning, organizing, and coordinating workflows
- Running quality checks and documenting them according to company guidelines
- Working closely and communicating with other team leads and colleagues
What we’re looking for:
- A completed vocational training as an electrician, electrical installer, electrical systems fitter, electronics technician for energy and building technology, or something similar
- Work experience in the electrical field
- Technical know-how and hands-on skills
- Team spirit, flexibility, and an eye for quality
- An independent, precise, and cost-conscious way of working
