Construction Supervisor for Structural and Civil Engineering (m/f/d)
What you will do with us
Do you know construction sites from experience and know what matters for clean execution in structural and civil engineering?
Then we're looking for you for our construction supervision team.
With us, you'll be right there on the construction site, making sure quality, deadlines, and workflows are on point. You'll coordinate the people on-site, spot problems early, and keep an eye on the construction progress. You'll work independently and can check in with our construction and project management at any time.
What's in it for you?
• Supervising construction execution in structural and civil engineering • Coordinating daily workflows on the construction site • Coordinating with tradespeople, subcontractors, and executing companies • Checking work based on plans, specs, and quality requirements • Identifying and clearing up defects and deviations • Checking construction progress and deadlines • Coordinating the interfaces between different trades • Monitoring health and safety regulations • Documenting relevant site processes • Supporting inspections and as-built documentation
What should you bring to the table?
• Completed vocational training in the construction trades, ideally in structural work, concrete/reinforced concrete, or civil engineering • Several years of practical experience on construction sites • Ideally experience as a foreman or site manager • Solid understanding of construction processes and technical connections • Good skills in reading construction plans and technical documents • Quality awareness and a good eye for execution • Independent and solution-oriented way of working • Sense of responsibility and assertiveness • Clear and respectful communication on the construction site • Class B driver's license
