What you will do with us
Do you enjoy working on technical, precise stuff and want to help shape demanding construction projects from planning to execution? Then we're looking for you as a Structural Drafter. With us, you'll create and edit technical plans, develop details, and support our projects with CAD, 3D models, and digital planning. You'll work closely with architects, engineers, specialist planners, and project management. What's in it for you? • Creating and editing CAD plans and technical drawings • Creating and editing 3D models • Helping out with digital planning for construction projects • Working out technical details and designs • Preparing plan documents for different project phases • Helping prepare documents for building permits • Revising and updating existing plans • Helping with tenders and technical documents • Creating technical visualizations • Coordinating with architects, engineers, specialist planners, and contractors • Coordinating and incorporating plan changes What should you bring to the table? • Completed training as a draftsperson, structural drafter, or a similar qualification • Several years of professional experience in construction planning or design • Good skills using CAD software • Ideally, experience with 3D planning or BIM • Good technical and spatial understanding • Confident handling of technical drawings and plan documents • Structured and careful way of working • Interest in digital planning methods • Good teamwork with different project stakeholders • Very good German skills
