Construction Manager/Project Manager (m/f/d)

Tasks

• You're in charge of handling construction projects with a focus on civil engineering in the Freiburg area.
• You take the lead on construction sites, both technically and financially.
• You oversee the entire execution process, especially construction scheduling, work preparation, execution, personnel management, as well as measurement and change order management.
• You support the project manager / senior site manager.

What We Rely On

• Successfully completed studies in civil engineering (FH / TU) or similar.
• Several years of experience in construction management - ideally in civil engineering, preferably with Deutsche Bahn.
• Proficient in general IT applications, knowledge of RIB iTWO (Arriba), and digital tools.
• Leadership experience, negotiation skills, assertiveness, and also team spirit.
• Strong awareness of necessary work safety.
• Commitment and independent, success- and solution-oriented work style.
• Resilience and flexibility.
• Willingness to travel.
