Your Tasks

• Full responsibility for construction management in turnkey residential construction
• Active management of site processing and control
• Quality assurance and creation and adherence to schedules
• Responsibility for construction processes regarding deadlines, costs, and quality
• Site documentation

Your Profile

• A degree in civil engineering, architecture, or a comparable qualification
• At least 2 years of professional experience in handling turnkey construction projects
• Ability for holistic and economical planning and implementation
• Organizational skills and strong communication
• Assertiveness and decision-making ability
• Enjoyment of a responsible and varied role
