- Independent and responsible realization of demanding timber construction projects
- Leading and coordinating the employees and subcontractors working on the construction sites
- Ensuring all work on site is done with high quality, on time, and within budget
- Billing for timber construction services and creating/handling change orders
What you bring to the table
- Master Carpenter or Civil Engineer or a comparable degree
- At least 5 years of experience in managing construction projects
- Technical competence, business-minded thinking, initiative, and solution-oriented organizational skills
- Enjoying the coordination of complex processes, teamwork, and flexibility
