
Site Manager (m/f/d)
What you will do with us
You've got the construction under control and make sure everything runs smoothly on site. As a site manager, you take responsibility for getting our projects done on the ground. You coordinate the trades, keep an eye on the construction work, and make sure quality, deadlines, and costs stay in line.

What should you bring to the table?
You're well-organized, like to roll up your sleeves, and think in terms of solutions? For us, it's not about how you fit into a box, but how you think, act, and deal with people.
- A degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a similar technical qualification
- Experience in site management
- A confident manner, strong communication skills, and good negotiation tactics
- A sense of responsibility, team spirit, and the ability to make decisions
- A good feel for time, resources, and people
- You bring ideas, but also the ability to make them happen realistically
