Construction Manager (m/f/d) Road Construction
What you will do with us
Your tasks:
- Managing construction projects in road and civil engineering
- Organizing and planning the construction process
- Coordinating your own construction teams and subcontractors
- Billing of construction measures
- Creating work calculations and being responsible for project controlling
- Regular site inspections and documentation
- Conducting supplementary negotiations with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors in consultation with the technical department and group management
Your qualifications:
- Completed studies in civil engineering (Diploma, Bachelor, Master) or a comparable qualification
- Relevant professional experience in a similar position is an advantage
- Proficient use of MS Office applications and ideally industry-specific software
- In-depth knowledge of construction contract law and VOB
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting, as well as an independent, committed, and responsible working style
- Assertiveness and negotiation skills complete your profile
