Site Manager for Special Civil Engineering (m/f/d)
What you will do with us
Tasks
- You'll look after special civil engineering projects and handle them on your own
- You'll manage the construction site from both a financial and technical perspective
- You'll guide the whole execution process, especially scheduling, prep work, leading the team, as well as managing measurements and change orders
- Keeping up with customer contacts is also part of your job
- In your role as site manager, you'll support the project manager and stay in close contact
What we build on
- A degree in civil engineering (Bachelor, Master) or a similar qualification like a construction technician
- Some initial experience in site management – ideally in special civil engineering
- Good with standard computer apps, and knowledge of RIB iTWO (Arriba)
- An independent, success-driven, and solution-oriented way of working
- Team spirit and creativity
- Resilience and flexibility
- Willingness to travel for regional assignments
