What you will do with us

Details about the role and requirements

Your area of responsibility

  • Complex, technically exciting projects: You'll estimate projects that make your job really interesting – parking garages and industrial buildings with complex structures.
  • Independent estimation: You'll handle your projects from the bidding phase through to work preparation – working closely with project and site management.
  • Competent contact person: You'll advise our clients and support the site management team during the bidding and awarding phase, e.g., regarding different execution options or current market trends.
  • Knowledge and process management: You'll actively help us develop our processes further (e.g., BIM) and train our junior staff.

Your profile

  • Completed degree in construction – e.g., civil engineering, construction technology / construction and project management – or completed technical construction training
  • Several years of professional experience in estimating turnkey parking garages, ideally using steel composite construction
  • Good user skills in Office365 and in an accounting and estimation program (e.g., RIB iTWO)
  • Independent, project- and goal-oriented way of working, as well as a strong awareness of quality, costs, and deadlines
