Construction Cost Manager (m/f/d) for Regional Road Construction
What you will do with us
Your Tasks:
- Independently managing the billing of our projects in close coordination with the responsible site management
- Creating measurements and quantity calculations
- Preparing and organizing all billing documents, possibly for additional cost calculations
- Reviewing invoices from our subcontractors
- Preparing regular target-actual comparisons of costs and services
Your Qualifications:
- Completed studies, ideally in civil engineering, alternatively a state-certified technician or a comparable qualification
- Work experience in a similar position
- Knowledge in road construction (road, civil, sewer, as well as earth and pipeline construction) is an advantage
- Experience with billing programs, ideally RIB iTWO
- Independent and committed work style
- Team player
- Class B driver's license
