What you'll learn with us:
- Taking over tasks in operational accounting and recording all documents
- Processing personnel documents and time tracking
- Organizing office routines as well as planning and monitoring appointments or preparing meetings
- Getting quotes and ordering goods for the company
- Handling inquiries and orders
- Using modern office communication tech like email, intranet, and internet
- Working with word processing systems on the computer
