YOUR TASKS
- Independently manage construction sites: oversee, supervise, and execute projects
- Advise and support clients
- Create proposals (construction software) and a timely, economical schedule, manage personnel, materials, and time
- Document construction sites
- Negotiate with clients, suppliers, and authorities
- Conduct quality management checks
- Control processing quality and align with relevant regulations VOB/BGB, create measurements with CAD, develop construction plans and billing
- Support the technical management
- Lead team members
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed studies in civil engineering (Diploma, Bachelor, Master) or construction technician
- Solid expertise in planning, organizing, executing, and supervising construction projects - ideally with experience in construction management
- Or: Several years of experience in handling construction projects
- Knowledge in calculation, VOB, execution planning, contract management, and construction execution
- Organizational talent and team player
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Strong hands-on mentality, assertiveness, and social competence
- Very high loyalty to the company, reliable and responsible
- Explicit desire to succeed in a medium-sized family business
