
Training and Development Coordinator (m/f/d)
What you will do with us
We’re looking for a Training and Development Coordinator (m/f/d) in Cologne on behalf of our client.
- WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Take the lead on managing and improving training programs across all locations.
- Plan the annual start of the apprenticeship year and manage onboarding, mentoring, and buddy programs.
- Create and maintain standardized training plans to keep everything up to date.
- Conduct feedback sessions and exit interviews.
- Liaise with chambers of commerce (IHK/HWK), vocational schools, and other partners.
- Organize "Apprentice Days," networking events, and career fairs.
- Act as the go-to person for trainees, instructors, and external partners.
- Plan and roll out internal professional development initiatives.
- Handle training organization from A to Z: developing concepts, working with external speakers, and managing all the logistics.
- Keep training concepts and plans fresh, including mandatory content, refresher intervals, and documentation.
- YOUR PROFILE
- A degree or commercial training background related to HR or education.
- Experience in training, further education, HR, or talent development is a plus.
- An organizational pro who works independently and stays structured.
- Great communication skills—you’re comfortable talking to apprentices as well as school officials.
- A dynamic personality who loves building and improving things.
- Willingness to travel within Germany.
