Training and Development Coordinator in Hamburg (m/f/d)

We’re looking for a Training and Development Coordinator (m/f/d) in Hamburg on behalf of our client.

• WHAT YOU’LL DO FOR US
  • Centrally manage and improve training programs across all locations.
  • Plan the annual start of the apprenticeship year and handle onboarding, mentoring, and buddy programs.
  • Create and maintain standardized training plans to keep everything up to date.
  • Conduct feedback sessions and exit interviews.
  • Communicate with chambers of commerce (IHK/HWK), vocational schools, and other partners.
  • Organize apprentice days, exchange formats, and trade fair appearances.
  • Act as the go-to person for trainees, instructors, and external partners.
  • Plan and implement internal further education measures.
  • Handle training organization from A to Z: develop concepts, collaborate with external speakers, and manage the full organizational rollout.
  • Update our training concepts and plans, including mandatory content, refresher intervals, and documentation.
• YOUR PROFILE
  • A completed commercial apprenticeship or a degree related to HR/Education.
  • Experience in training, development, HR, or youth talent promotion is a plus.
  • An organizational talent with a structured and independent way of working.
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly personality—great with trainees as well as official chambers and schools.
  • A dynamic personality who enjoys shaping and developing new things.
  • Willingness to travel within Germany.
