For a leading company in the construction industry, we're looking for an Office Management Apprentice (m/f/d) starting in September 2026.

What you'll learn with us:

• Getting to know selected commercial departments at various locations in the Allgäu region (Mittelberg (AT), Oberstdorf, Waltenhofen), e.g., Purchasing, Costing, Controlling, HR, Financial Accounting, and more.
• Office organization and scheduling
• Commercial handling of our construction projects
• Getting quotes and ordering goods and subcontractor services for the company, as well as checking contracts and booking incoming invoices
• Negotiating and communicating with customers, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Insight into creating quotes, calculations, and order processing
• Checking payment transactions
• Determining and planning personnel needs and deployment
• Recording and processing HR documents and data needed for payroll
