What you'll learn:

• Taking in maintenance and repair orders
• Helping out with consultations for new and used vehicles
• Supporting vehicle handovers and aftersales
• Learning service-oriented communication with customers
• Maintaining vehicle and customer data in digital systems
• Working in accounting: invoice verification, payment transactions, calculations
• Supporting scheduling, e.g., vehicle orders and delivery planning
• Insights into HR and administrative processes
• Insights into the repair shop and field service
• Supporting the spare parts warehouse with ordering, storage, and sales
• Insights into various vehicle classes (cars, trucks, commercial vehicles, construction machinery, etc.)

What you should bring to the table:

• Successful school graduation
• Enthusiasm for everything with four wheels and/or tracks
• Enjoyment of customer contact and consulting
• Organizational skills
• Friendliness and an open-minded attitude
