As an experienced civil engineer and business economist with extensive expertise in the management and supervision of construction projects as well as in the leadership of construction sites, I am seeking a new professional challenge. I have been working in the construction industry for over 20 years, where I have gained comprehensive experience in new construction, expansion and renovation measures. I effectively coordinate with architects, specialist engineers and authorities to ensure compliance with costs, deadlines and quality standards. My competencies include the awarding of subcontractor services, the verification of professional and proper service provision, the creation and continuous review of construction schedules, as well as the reporting and billing of construction services. I have fluent German skills and basic knowledge in English, while Ukrainian and Russian are my mother tongues. I am proficient in using MS-Office, Corel Draw, Adobe Photoshop and AutoCAD, which enables me to efficiently handle technical and administrative tasks. With my class B driver's license, I am flexible and mobile. My goal is to bring my technical and business knowledge into a dynamic company to further optimize project efficiency and contribute to the achievement of company goals.
