With a comprehensive education and professional career in civil engineering, I bring a deep passion for structure, design, and innovation to my field. My professional journey began in Tunisia, where I worked as a construction manager at the construction company 'Ghanmi Taher' after obtaining my diploma in civil engineering. There, I was able to demonstrate my skills in various projects and gain valuable experience in evaluating infrastructure projects. My career then led me to a consulting firm, where I was responsible for structural calculations, cost estimation of construction projects, and customer consultation. In addition to my professional work, I have also worked as a teacher in the technical field at various high schools in Tunisia. This experience not only strengthened my skills as an educator but also allowed me to pass on my knowledge and passion for civil engineering to young talents. My move to Germany was a significant step in my life. I immersed myself in the German language and obtained the B1 and B2 certificates at TU Braunschweig. After that, I successfully completed a master's degree program in geotechnics and infrastructure at Leibniz University in Hannover. In Germany, I was able to further expand my expertise in various positions, including as a civil engineer at SolaVis GmbH in Munich and as a project manager and coordinator at IDEEMATEC Deutschland GmbH, both in the field of photovoltaics. My responsibilities included the timely execution of projects, quality management, customer consultation, and training of international construction and assembly teams. My technical skills are complemented by my expertise in industry-specific software such as ARCHE, AutoCAD, GGU, DC EFFEL, Wind PROBRZ, iTWO, and GPS surveying systems such as Leica iCON. My language skills in Arabic, French, German, and English enable me to effectively communicate in multicultural environments. I take pride in my excellent planning skills, leadership experience, negotiation skills, and business acumen. These soft skills, combined with my technical expertise and intercultural competence, make me a versatile and valuable member of any professional team. With dedication and a continuous willingness to learn, I look forward to making significant contributions to my career.
