Deine Aufgaben:
📋 Organisation und Leitung anspruchsvoller Bauprojekte im Tief- und Straßenbau
überwiegend im Stadtgebiet Stuttgart
🔧 Koordination und Überwachung der Projektbeteiligten, einschließlich Fachbüros, Lieferanten und Nachunternehmer
📈 Verantwortung für die wirtschaftliche, terminliche und qualitative Abwicklung der Projekte
📝 Erstellung von Aufmaß, Abrechnungen, Arbeitskalkulationen und Baudokumentationen
🏗️ Organisation der Baustelle in allen vertraglichen und fachlichen Belangen
🤝 Kommunikation mit Auftraggebern und Bauüberwachung

Dein Profil:
🎓 Bauleiter/Techniker/Meister/Bauingenieuer mit Erfahrung im Baubetrieb/Tiefbau
🛠️ Berufserfahrung in der Bauleitung.
🤝 Teamfähigkeit, Organisationstalent und ein verbindliches Auftreten
🚘 Führerschein der Klasse B
