Xing Headoffice

Hello from Hamburg! Xing's head office is soon moving to the Hanseatic city. Xing is a social network that gives members the opportunity to connect primarily with professional contacts and is mainly active in German-speaking countries. The new location is the completely renovated, special building of the former German headquarters of Unilever with a view of the Elbe.

In the new office, tiles had to be laid - the installation was taken over by Rocket Floor. The subfloor on the construction site had to be significantly raised, as thick natural stone was previously laid in the rooms. For this, our tilers used leveling mortar, which was pumped onto the surface using a special machine.

The 250 m² of the employee canteen were equipped with a 60×120 cm large concrete look floor tile with a slip resistance of R10 B.

The tile from the Italian supplier AET in Shadow Grey was provided by the construction site and laid by us in a random pattern. This laying technique makes the room homely and cozy, so that the employees can feel comfortable and enjoy their break here.

The sanitary facilities were equipped in a cross pattern with 120 m² of the Topgres tile Futura in black and gray, with a slip resistance of R10 B, in the format 30×60 cm.

In the kitchen area of Xing, the special wall tile Stage, from Topgres, in shiny Emerald, with a dimension of 7.5×30 cm, adorns the walls. The wall tile Stage, laid in a half offset pattern, sets a highlight and skillfully combines elegance with sophisticated design.
