Your Responsibilities

Independent management and organization of construction sites in Austria and Switzerland
Allocation, coordination, and leadership of our own construction team
Coordination and management of external professionals and subcontractors
On-site construction supervision (ÖBA) of own and external works, including schedule, quality, and cost control
Ensuring compliance with regulations, standards, and safety requirements
Communication with clients, authorities, planners, and suppliers
Handling of official procedures (submissions, notifications, building permits)

What You Bring
