Project Description
The future begins here and now: As Munich's most modern real estate ensemble, the Bavaria Towers will redefine the east of the city and the gateway to Bogenhausen. In a perfect location, four spectacular high-rise buildings will be created, enriching the Munich skyline with their sloping roof surfaces and softly curved forms. Three office towers and a hotel tower offer ideal conditions for demanding companies that are looking for outstanding architecture, high-quality furnishings, and a representative atmosphere combined with a first-class infrastructure.
The approximately 23,000 m² plots are owned by Bogenhausener Tor Immobilien GmbH, a property company of the Von der Heyden Group and an institutional investor. The Munich developer Bayern Projekt GmbH is responsible for project development and ownership representation.
