The 3-Glocken Quarter is located in the center of Weinheim. The renovation of the traditional buildings has created a new center for retail, doctors, and service providers. The top floors will be home to exclusive penthouse apartments. Thus, the quarter concept combines the areas of shopping, supply, work, and living.
The 3-Glocken Quarter is well connected in terms of traffic and can also be quickly reached by public transport from the economic metropolises in the Rhine-Neckar area. For those arriving by car, there are about 450 parking spaces available on the 3-Glocken site, 330 XXL- (275cm wide) and 120 XL-parking spaces (260cm wide). About 200 of these parking spaces are protected from the weather in the parking garage. The parking areas were managed in the past with a barrier ticket system.
