For the state-owned company SBH | Schulbau Hamburg, OTTO WULFF will build a new district school for up to 1,100 students and around 110 teachers at the new location Kirchenheerweg, after the tendering process of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg has been successfully completed. Completion is planned for 2024.

The design by Thomas Kröger Architekten/Roswag Architekten, consisting of two long buildings, reflects the traditional construction style of the Vier- und Marschlande. With an area of over 12,000 square meters, the buildings will house classrooms, workshops, a library, a cafeteria, and an auditorium. In addition, there will be a three-field sports hall with a spectator stand and a spacious outdoor sports field.

The building will be realized in the sustainable efficiency standard KfW 40 and thus according to the requirements of the Hamburg Climate Plan - with a biogas-powered combined heat and power plant, a photovoltaic system, and green roofs. In total, approximately 4,700 square meters of green roof area will be created at this school site.

Für den Landesbetrieb SBH | Schulbau Hamburg, wird OTTO WULFF am neuen Standort Kirchenheerweg, eine neue Stadtteilschule für bis zu 1.100 Schülerinnen und Schüler sowie rund 110 Lehrkräfte bauen – nach dem das Vergabeverfahren der Freien und Hansestadt Hamburg erfolgreich abgeschlossen wurde. Die Fertigstellung ist für 2024 geplant.

Der Entwurf von Thomas Kröger Architekten/Roswag Architekten, bestehend aus zwei langen Gebäuden, spiegelt die traditionelle Bauweise der Vier- und Marschlande wider. Mit einer Fläche von über 12.000 Quadratmetern werden die Gebäude Unterrichtsräume, Werkstätten, eine Bibliothek, eine Mensa und eine Aula beherbergen. Darüber hinaus wird es eine Dreifeld-Sporthalle mit einer Besuchertribüne und ein geräumiges Außensportfeld geben.
 
Das Gebäude wird im nachhaltigen Effizienzstandard KfW 40 und somit nach den Vorgaben des Hamburger Klimaplans realisiert – mit Bio-Methan betriebenen Blockheizkraftwerk, einer Photovoltaik-Anlage und begrünten Dächer. Insgesamt werden etwa 4.700 Quadratmeter Gründachfläche an diesem Schulstandort entstehen.

STADTTEILSCHULE HAMBURG-KIRCHWERDER

For the Hamburger Hochbahn AG, OTTO WULFF, on behalf of Bahnbau Nord GmbH, has implemented a vibration-isolating track support plate in the tunnel structure of the U4/U2 subway line directly behind the Rauhes Haus station heading towards the city center.

The goal was to isolate the above-ground buildings from the vibrations caused by the trains passing every 5 minutes. For this purpose, approximately 230 height-adjustable spring elements were installed to create a mass-spring system, allowing the 600 m², 40 cm thick reinforced concrete plate to be raised by 4 cm and permanently decoupled from the rest of the subway tunnel structure.

Within 14 days, the track support plate had to be completed and load-bearing during the prescribed maintenance period, ready for rail installation and train traffic. Thanks to great teamwork and the collaborative cooperation with the client and the contractor, train operations were resumed as planned.

Für die Hamburger Hochbahn AG hat OTTO WULFF im Auftrag der Bahnbau Nord GmbH eine schwingungsisolierende Gleistragplatte im Tunnelbauwerk der U-Bahnlinie U4 / U2 direkt hinter der Haltestelle Rauhes Haus stadteinwärts realisiert.

Ziel war es, die oberirdischen Gebäudekomplexe von den Schwingungen der täglich im 5-Minuten-Takt durchfahrenden Züge zu isolieren. Hierfür wurden ca. 230 höheneinstellbare Federelemente zu einem Masse-Feder-System verbaut, um im Nachgang die ca. 600 m² große 40 cm starke Stahlbetonplatte um 4 cm anzuheben und so dauerhaft vom restlichen U-Bahn-Tunnelbauwerk abzukoppeln.

Binnen 14 Tagen musste die Gleistragplatte innerhalb der vorgeschriebenen Sperrpause fertig hergestellt und belastbar für den Schieneneinbau sowie den Bahnverkehr sein. Mit einer tollen Teamarbeit sowie der partnerschaftlichen Zusammenarbeit mit Auftraggeber und Bauherr konnte der Bahnverkehr planmäßig wieder aufgenommen werden.
