Project: Complete electrical installation, security technology, network, lightning protection, barrier system, and building automation

Client: Kreis- und Stadtsparkasse Erding Dorfen

Architect: OSA Ochs Schmidhuber Architekten GmbH

Area: 7000m² office space

Besides all the cabling and setting up a complete power supply system, which includes a main and 13 sub-distributions, Nutz GmbH installed a lighting system controlled by presence detectors. Additionally, the Sparkasse building was equipped with comprehensive data technology and floor tanks, as well as lightning protection, SAT, and intercom systems, along with the latest MSR technology.

Security systems for monitoring - alarm and video systems - and access control were also installed, meeting the highest security standards. A fire alarm system was also set up according to the applicable and required standards.
