As part of the modernization, extensive measures were taken, including energy-efficient renovation of the facade and flat roof, as well as the renewal of the heating system. Both the stairwells and the outdoor areas, including the walkways, were thoroughly renovated, and the elevator got a modern update. Additionally, the windows in the buildings were replaced, and the entrance doors for both the building and the apartments were renewed.

Sowohl die Treppenhäuser als auch die Außenanlagen einschließlich der Gehwege wurden umfassend renoviert, und der Aufzug erhielt ein modernes Update. Des Weiteren wurden die Fenster in den Gebäuden ausgetauscht und die Eingangstüren sowohl für das Gebäude als auch für die Wohnungen erneuert.

The old chiller was outdated both technically and economically and no longer met current standards for energy efficiency and environmental and climate protection. The new chiller, on the other hand, meets all requirements and is energy-efficient, environmentally friendly, easy to operate, and reliable. Built in 1971, the Mitsubishi Electric Hall can host up to 8,000 visitors depending on seating and stage setup. It's used for sports events and concerts and is located about 2.5 km from the city center.

Die Mitsubishi Electric Halle in Düsseldorf ist eine vielseitig nutzbare Halle, die bis zu 8.000 Personen Platz bietet und aufgrund ihres Fassungsvolumens von rund 46.000 m3 ständig belüftet werden muss. Bei großen Veranstaltungen ist eine zusätzliche Kühlung erforderlich. Die alte Kältemaschine war technisch und wirtschaftlich veraltet und entsprach nicht mehr den aktuellen Anforderungen an Energieeffizienz und Umwelt- sowie Klimaschutz. Der neue Kaltwassersatz erfüllt hingegen alle Anforderungen und ist energieeffizient, umweltfreundlich, leicht zu bedienen und betriebssicher. Die Mitsubishi Electric Halle wurde 1971 erbaut und bietet je nach Bestuhlung und Bühnenaufbau Platz für bis zu 8.000 Besucher. Sie wird für Sportveranstaltungen und Konzerte genutzt und liegt etwa 2,5 km vom Stadtzentrum entfernt.
