Successful balcony renovation in Rastede: Achieving the perfect balcony with quality

The B. family from Rastede lives in a single-family house and, like every year in April, started the conversion of the garden and house from winter to summer mode. The balcony on the first floor was the last item on the list, and when it was cleaned, Mr. B. discovered large puddles of water under the loosely laid stone slabs. He immediately realized that the slope for draining the balcony was not sufficient. The balcony is adjacent to the room of the family's 14-year-old daughter and was supposed to be used more intensively and beautifully prepared from this summer onwards.
