The new building for the CEWE Foundation, Europe's leading photo service and successful online printing provider, was designed as an open and transparent administrative building.

This came with high demands on room acoustics and temperature control. The entire building was to be designed to be modern and energy-efficient.

The project underwent about a year of intensive planning and tinkering. The final choice was a drywall system that combines demanding visual requirements with high acoustic performance and good cooling and heating capabilities.

The staff on site enjoy a consistently pleasant indoor climate every day.

Der Neubau der CEWE Stiftung, Europas führendem Fotoservice und erfolgreichen Online-Druck-Anbieter, wurde als offenes und transparentes Verwaltungsgebäude konzipiert.

Damit einher kamen hohe Anforderungen an die Raumakustik und -temperierung. Das gesamte Gebäude sollte modern und energieeffizient gestaltet werden.

Etwa ein Jahr lang wurde für das Projekt intensiv geplant und getüftelt. Die Wahl fiel schlussendlich auf ein Gipskartonsystem, das anspruchsvolle optische Anforderungen mit einer hohen akustischen Leistungsfähigkeit und einer guten Kühl- und Heizleistung verbindet.

Die Mitarbeitenden vor Ort freuen sich tagtäglich über ein stets angenehmes Raumklima.

CEWE Oldenburg

In 2011, at the SAP AG headquarters in Walldorf, it was decided to adapt the existing concept of workspaces and areas to the company's innovative core principles. The project name OS4T, "office space for teams," was the guiding theme here.

In close collaboration with the architecture firm scope from Stuttgart, the space concept was planned together with ICS, combining design and technical specifications and requirements.

The actual construction was carried out under extreme time pressure and was completed in just 4 months, finished on time with the highest quality. ICS installed the entire system, including the hydraulic heat exchange stations, controls, piping, and all ancillary services.

Am Hauptsitz der SAP AG in Walldorf wurde 2011 entschieden, das bisherige Konzept der Arbeitsplätze und -flächen an den innovativen Kernaussagen des Unternehmens anzupassen. Die Porjketbezeichung OS4T, "office space for teams" war hier Programm.

In engster Zusammenarbeit mit dem Architekturbüro scope aus Stuttgart, wurde das Raumkonzept gemeinsam mit ICS unter Beibehaltung der gestalterischen und technischen Vorgaben und Anforderungen verbindet geplant.

Der eigentliche Ausbau erfolgte unter höchsten Zeitdruck und wurde in nur 4 Monaten realisiert und in höchster Qualität pünktlich fertig gestellt. ICS installierte die vollständige Anlage, einschließlich der hydraulischen Wärmetauschstationen, Regelung, Rohrleitungsbau und allen Nebenleistungen.

ZAWI Treuhand is a tax consulting firm from Rain am Lech, located 40 km north of Augsburg. Due to space constraints, ZAWI decided to go for a new building. We took on the planning and execution of 270 m² of active cooling and heating panels and 150 m² of inactive gypsum board panels.

Die ZAWI Treuhand ist eine Steuerberaterkanzlei aus Rain am Lech, 40 km nördlich von Augsburg gelegen. Aus Platzgründen entschied sich ZAWI für den Schritt zum Neubau. Hier haben wir die Planung und Ausführung von 270 m² aktiven Kühl- und Heizsegeln und 150 m² inaktiven Gipskartonsegeln übernommen.
