After just about 3 years of construction, a six-story perimeter block development was built, featuring four openings and breakthroughs to the outside. The inner courtyard provides private gardens for residents, as well as communal green areas, recreational spaces, and play areas. The architectural style is characterized by staggered heights and facade depths, highlighting the identity of individual houses within the block development. All apartments will face south and west to capture the unique views of Schwetzinger Terrace and Langer Anger. The special energy efficiency of Bahnstadt, through maintaining the passive house standard, is also ensured in this development. The ground floor will feature innovative commercial units that offer the possibility to combine work and living. In total, around 165 residential units with living spaces ranging from 30 to 150 m², as well as three commercial units with a total of about 700 m² of usable space and the attached underground parking garage, are planned.
