For one of our major clients, we installed the entire range of security technology. This includes burglar alarm systems, fire alarm systems, voice alarm systems, and video technology.

The number of detectors installed amounts to about 900 units. Additionally, a telephone system was integrated to ensure optimal communication.

Bei einem unserer großen Kunden haben wir die komplette Sparte der Sicherheitstechnik installiert. Dazu gehören Einbruchmeldeanlagen, Brandmeldeanlagen, Sprachalarmierungssysteme sowie Videotechnik.

Die Anzahl der verbauten Melder beläuft sich auf etwa 900 Stück. Zusätzlich wurde eine Telefonanlage integriert, um die Kommunikation optimal zu gewährleisten.

By providing comprehensive support to a senior center in the Ruhr area, we were able to renew a large part of the safety systems during a renovation and expansion project. In addition to the fire alarm system, a nurse call system and a wandering protection system for residents with dementia were installed. The entire system of the fire alarm and nurse call system was connected to the telephone system we manage, so that the nursing staff is informed and alerted via silent alarms on their mobile devices.

Such a setup of the safety system allows our client to manage the safety systems and interfaces from a single source.

Durch die ganzheitliche Betreuung eines Seniorenzentrums im Ruhrgebiet, haben wir bei einer Umbau- und Erweiterungsmaßnahme einen Großteil der sicherheitstechnischen Anlagen erneuern können. Neben der Brandmeldeanlage, wurde auch eine Schwesternrufanlage und ein Wegläuferschutz für demente Bewohner installiert. Das gesamte System der Brandmeldeanalge und Schwesternrufanlage wurde zur Alarmierung auf die von uns betreute Telefonanlage aufgeschaltet, so dass das Pflegepersonal mittels stiller Alarmierung über die mobilen Telefongeräte informiert und alarmiert wird. 
 
Ein solcher Aufbau der sicherheitstechnischen Anlage ermöglicht unserem Kunden eine Objektbetreuung der sicherheitstechnischen Anlagen und Schnittstellen aus einer Hand.

**Your Responsibilities**

* **1. Involvement in the early phase of a project**
  * Leading the project handover meeting with sales and checking the offer for technical feasibility regarding subcontractor services, time coordination, or contractual specifics.
  * After the order is placed, joint site inspection with the responsible technician in a supervisory role.

* **2. Managing execution planning**
  * Creating the work and assembly planning for plausibility and clarifying discrepancies with sales if necessary.
  * Leading all planning discussions with specialist engineers, clients, and executing companies from the time the order is placed.
  * Creating and maintaining an overall schedule.
  * Managing subcontractor assignments.

**3. Project management and project controlling (construction execution)**

* Scheduling own employees in consultation with the overall project management.
* Briefing own employees and subcontractors on the project (project kickoff meeting).
* Monitoring construction sites and objects regarding:
  * Contract compliance
  * Deadlines
  * Costs
  * Quality assurance
  * Occupational safety
* Initiating measures in case of deviations from targets.
* Creating and negotiating amendments with the client in collaboration with sales.
* In case of conflicts between those involved in the construction execution that cannot be resolved by them, the project manager ensures appropriate solutions.
* The project manager serves as the interface between the site manager and branch manager to ensure the existing communication chain.

**4. Construction acceptance**

* Applying for project acceptance by the responsible authorities or client, managing all necessary activities.
* Monitoring defect rectification before and after construction acceptance.
* Reviewing the documentation created by the site manager and providing support if necessary.
* Conducting the project closing meeting with the responsible site manager or technician.

**5. Other tasks**

* Participating in monthly and annual financial statements.
* Processing and checking employee time distribution.
* Establishing a standardized project process for quality assurance.

**Your Profile**

* Completed studies in business or electrical engineering or comparable training with several years of professional experience.
* Class B driver's license (car).

**4. Bauabnahme** 

* Beantragen der Abnahme des Projektes durch zuständige Stellen bzw. Bauherrn, Steuern aller hierzu erforderlichen Aktivitäten.
* Überwachung der Mängelbeseitigung vor und nach der Bauabnahme
* Überprüfung der durch den Bauleiter erstellten Dokumentation ggf. Unterstützung

**Dein Profil**
