Project Description

As consumer expectations rise, the demands for safety and processing speed at airports are higher than ever. That's why many airports worldwide use EFAFLEX high-speed doors in sensitive security areas for luggage and passengers, as well as in catering zones. DNATA, short for Dubai National Air Travel Agency, also relies on the speed and security of the world market leader's doors.

A new logistics center for the aviation industry was built in the northwest of Great Britain. For this modern facility, designed for airlines like Emirates and Cathay Pacific, DNATA's planners once again chose EFAFLEX high-speed doors. The focus wasn't just on the reliability of the doors but also on their high-quality design and perfect aesthetics.

In the UK, DNATA has been a long-time customer of EFAFLEX, using their products for over 15 years at airport locations like Manchester, Birmingham, and Heathrow. Here, you can count on the doors to ensure smooth logistics and reduce downtime.

In this case, they opted for the EFA-STT® high-speed turbo door, which opens at a speed of up to 3 meters per second. Transparent slats in the door leaf provide better visibility and thus more user safety. Additionally, the door creates a pleasant working environment by allowing natural daylight to enter the work areas.
