Uniform Appearance of Gates and Facades

With the construction of the new municipal building yard in Traunreut, the various departments and equipment that were spread across multiple locations could be consolidated in one place. This resulted in 6 individual buildings with a covered area of 7,200 m²: administrative building, storage and factory halls, warehouses, vehicle workshops, and a heated vehicle hall.

Butzbach supplied a total of 22 SPACELITE lifting gates in the fiberglass color Brilliant for this new construction, with the corresponding gate numbers laminated into them. A large part of the remaining facade area was designed with the fiberglass facade system VARIOPLANplus with integrated doors. The use of fiberglass for both the gates and the facade gave the entire new building a uniform and distinctive look. A similar combination was implemented a few years ago in the new construction of the Traunreut municipal utilities and impressed to such an extent that this solution was also desired for the building yard.

Einheitliches Erscheinungsbild von Toren und Fassaden

Mit dem Neubau des städtischen Bauhofs Traunreut konnten die einzelnen Abteilungen und Gerätschaften, die auf mehrere Außenstellen verteilt waren, an einem Standort zusammengefasst werden. Es entstanden 6 Einzelgebäude mit 7.200 m² überdachter Fläche: Verwaltungsgebäude, Magazin- und Werkshallen, Lagerhallen, Kfz-Werkstätten sowie eine beheizbare Fahrzeughalle.

Butzbach lieferte für diesen Neubau insgesamt 22 Hubtore SPACELITE im Fiberglas-Farbton Brillant, in die zusätzlich die entsprechenden Tornummern einlaminiert wurden. Ein Großteil der weiteren Fassadenfläche wurde mit dem Fiberglas Fassadensystem VARIOPLANplus mit integrierten Türen gestaltet. Durch das Material Fiberglas, sowohl bei Toren als auch Fassade, erhielt der gesamte Neubau eine einheitliche und unverwechselbare Optik. Eine ähnliche Kombination wurde vor einigen Jahren bereits im Neubau der Stadtwerke Traunreut umgesetzt und beeindruckte dort in solchem Umfang, dass diese Lösung auch für den Bauhof gewünscht wurde.

Reliable XXL Gates for Quick Sea Rescue

In an emergency, the helicopter crews of the Danish sea rescue must be able to take off directly from the hangar within just a few minutes, no matter the weather. That's why they needed functional and robust hangar doors for their nine helicopters, which can open quickly and are extremely reliable in operation, even under stormy conditions. A total of ten SPACELITE large gates meet these and other demanding requirements.

Innerhalb nur weniger Minuten müssen im Notfall die Hubschrauberbesatzungen der dänischen Seenotrettung bei jeder Witterung direkt aus dem Hangar starten. Für deren neun Helikopter wurden daher funktionale und robuste Hangartore gesucht, die sich durch eine schnelle Öffnung und höchste Zuverlässigkeit im Betrieb, auch unter Sturmbedingungen, auszeichnen. Insgesamt zehn SPACELITE Großtore tragen diesen und weiteren anspruchsvollen Anforderungen Rechnung.

Butzbach is supplying 81 emerald green fiberglass lift gates for the pit lane of the Formula 1 racetrack currently under construction in Abu Dhabi.

36 SPACELITE lift gates will be installed at the front of the pit lane facing the track, and 39 lift gates will be installed at the back of the pit building. Additionally, 6 SECTIOLITE sectional doors will be installed in the Parc Fermé (the parking area for race cars after the race) and in the Medical Center.

From the very beginning, Butzbach's fiberglass doors were integrated into the color scheme of the architectural firm in charge. After numerous smaller projects in the Middle East, this prestigious contract represents the creation of a unique reference project – numerous further inquiries from the Arab market have already been processed.

Für die Boxengasse der momentan im Bau befindlichen Formel 1-Rennstrecke in Abu Dhabi liefert Butzbach 81 Fiberglas-Hubtore im Farbton Smaragd-Grün.

36 Hubtore SPACELITE werden vorne in der Boxengasse zur Strecke hin und 39 Hubtore auf der Rückseite des Boxengebäudes installiert. Des Weiteren werden 6 Sektionaltore SECTIOLITE im Parc Fermé (dem Parkplatz der Rennwagen nach dem Rennen) und im Medical Center eingebaut.

Schon von Beginn an wurden die Fiberglastore von Butzbach in das Farbkonzept des ausführenden Architekturbüros integriert. Nach zahlreichen kleineren Aufträgen im Mittleren Osten bedeutet dieser prestigeträchtige Auftrag die Schaffung eines einzigartigen Referenzprojektes – zahlreiche weitere Anfragen aus dem arabischen Markt konnten bereits bearbeitet werden.

Inside their facilities, Fruchthof Nagel GmbH is increasingly relying on the horizontally opening NOVOSPRINT high-speed doors and plans to gradually replace the existing vertical doors with our innovative high-speed doors. The unique NOVOSPRINT principle allows for quick lateral rolling of the door halves, making the entire passage height immediately available. This efficient intralogistics solution minimizes the risk of collisions with goods on forklifts, thereby protecting not only the employees but also the high-value goods and the industrial door itself. Additionally, the lateral rolling prevents dirt particles or dirty water from entering, which could otherwise drip onto unpackaged goods and cause potential damage and contamination.

This was exactly the case at Hannover Airport: After a modernization effort, Hangar 1 now features a sliding gate system with 8 individually movable gate panels in an impressive color combination. For quick and easy access, four SPACELITE HT60N truck doors and two emergency exit doors were also installed alongside the sliding gate system.

Aus Alt mach Neu: Nicht nur im Eigenheim stehen hin und wieder Renovierungen an, auch Flughäfen benötigen von Zeit zu Zeit ein Make-over. Dabei sind sowohl Funktionalität als auch Optik entscheidend. Raffinierte Details, ein lichtdurchfluteter Hangar und eine Konstruktion mit maximaler Flexibilität.

Am Flughafen Hannover kam genau das zum Tragen: Im Hangar 1 befindet sich nach einer Modernisierungs-Maßnahme nun eine Schiebetoranlage mit 8 einzeln verfahrbaren Torflügeln in einer eindrucksvollen Farbkombination.
Für den schnellen und einfachen Zugang wurden neben der Schiebetoranlage auch vier Trucktore SPACELITE HT60N sowie zwei Notausgangstüren für den Ernstfall eingesetzt.
