Uniform Appearance of Gates and Facades

With the construction of the new municipal building yard in Traunreut, the various departments and equipment that were spread across multiple locations could be consolidated in one place. This resulted in 6 individual buildings with a covered area of 7,200 m²: administrative building, storage and factory halls, warehouses, vehicle workshops, and a heated vehicle hall.

Butzbach supplied a total of 22 SPACELITE lifting gates in the fiberglass color Brilliant for this new construction, with the corresponding gate numbers laminated into them. A large part of the remaining facade area was designed with the fiberglass facade system VARIOPLANplus with integrated doors. The use of fiberglass for both the gates and the facade gave the entire new building a uniform and distinctive look. A similar combination was implemented a few years ago in the new construction of the Traunreut municipal utilities and impressed to such an extent that this solution was also desired for the building yard.
