Renovation of 2 apartment buildings with a total of 10 units in 2022 (construction costs approx. 500,000€)

After a major water damage caused by heavy rain and previous poor implementation during the construction of the building, I have restored a daycare center. Here, I took over the coordination with the insurance company and the specialist craftsmen and experts. In addition, a defect analysis had to be carried out to determine how the damage could have occurred, as this building was newly constructed in 2018. I also took care of this.

Nach einem großen Wasserschaden durch starkregen und vorheriger Mangelhafter Umsetzung bei Errichtung des Gebäudes, habe ich eine Kita wieder instandgesetzt. Hier habe ich die Koordination mit der Versicherung und den Fachhandwerkern und Gutachtern übernommen. Zudem musste auch eine Mängelanalyse stattfinden, um zu erörtern, wie es überhaupt zu dem Schaden kommen konnte, da dieses Gebäude 2018 neu errichtet wurde. Auch dies habe ich übernommen.

Complete renovation of 2 multi-family houses with 14 residential units in 2023, focusing on sustainability. The facade, windows, roof, heating system, and distribution were renewed, with construction costs amounting to €450,000.

Komplettsanierung von 2 Mehrfamilienhäusern mit 14 WEs unter dem Aspekt der Nachhaltigkeit im Jahr 2023. Es wurde u.a. die Fassade, Fenster, Dach, Heizung und Unterverteilung erneuert. (Baukosten 450.000 €)
