Modern Tenant Fit-Out for Personio in Munich

For Personio GmbH, we created a modern and functional workspace over 2,300 m². After extensive demolition and gutting work, the building services were adapted, including the sprinkler and fire alarm systems. An optimal room structure was achieved through drywall, glass partitions, and acoustic baffles.

A modern ventilation, air conditioning, and electrical installation ensures maximum comfort, while floor coating, lighting, and painting complete the design. Additionally, bar, counter, and service stations were integrated.

Thanks to the close collaboration of our internal units, the project was executed efficiently and with the highest quality.
