Project Description
Finnegan, an international company, is focusing on a high-quality and modern work environment in its Munich premises. Baierl Demmelhuber successfully completed the demanding full fit-out over an area of around 1,200 square meters.
The range of services included demolition work, 3D surveying, drywall construction, HVAC, electrical, glass partitions, built-in furniture, as well as the expansion of the bar, lounge, and reception area – complemented by numerous other trades.
Special challenges arose from the complex logistics, which were efficiently managed with the help of an external elevator. Additionally, the comprehensive project management for complete fit-outs placed high demands on the planning and coordination of all trades.
